I was part of the Barbershop Crew. My thoughts was it was good, but the focus seem to be only on the very successful or the most lost ... but there is from my opinion & experience so many that may never find that financial level of success, yet are successful all the same for the efforts that are put in to find a way to be the best man you can be. I for one went from Homeless to Homeowner. All while facing fear, loneliness & anger (the system) but did it Honestly. Using some of what I saw here, but never wanting to anything more than “Just Me” Living the life in the skin i’m ( I personally have no Excuses) once I knew what I was doing. there really is no excuse for Bad behavior. I own my decision Good, Bad or Indifferent. Once I got that down I was more able to focus on every short term Goal until My Success started to reviel its self. Every success no matter how small I counted as a win even though I walked along time before I drove. I just kept walking. Don’t forget that middle Kid as he trying to choose, Drug Dealing/ prison, work, following or leading. I just think there still a lot Grey Areas that was missed. Still the same I would get this program a 7 1/2 rating out of 10. I’m older now & I have little of every story told here as do most of the brothers I know & have known. Get some “blue collar” in there because young black men look down on regular but you have to start somewhere and everyone won’t realize that high level of success.. so tell that truth so that they can journey in reality
The Missing Middle Man
